We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of world-class healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed doses of radiation therapy to patients accurately using state-of-the-art linear accelerators and related equipment.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of treatment plans, dosages given, and patient responses.
- Collaborate closely with oncologists, medical physicists, and oncology nurses to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Monitor patients for unusual reactions to radiation and provide emotional support throughout the treatment process.
- Conduct equipment checks and quality assurance procedures regularly to maintain operational safety.
- Degree or Diploma in Radiation Therapy or related medical imaging/radiotherapy field from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Proven clinical experience working in a hospital or oncology treatment center.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-handling skills.
