About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-driven R&D Lead to drive formulation and product development for our growing Home Care and Personal Care portfolio. Key Responsibilities- Develop and launch innovative home and personal care products tailored to the preferences and needs of Nigerian consumers.
- Formulate, test, and optimize product lines focusing on cost-efficiency, superior performance, and the utilization of local raw materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and other relevant regulatory standards across all product lifecycles.
- Support the seamless scale-up of formulations from the laboratory bench to full-scale commercial production.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to align product development with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire junior R&D staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on R&D experience within the home care or personal care manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching consumer products from concept to market.
- Strong expertise in chemical formulation, raw material sourcing, and laboratory testing methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NAFDAC and SON regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
