Key Responsibilities- Guide students through structured Qur'an memorization (Hifz), revision, and recitation on a daily basis.
- Ensure correct pronunciation, articulation, and rigorous application of Tajweed rules during all reading sessions.
- Monitor, assess, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of each student's memorization progress.
- Identify and constructively correct students' recitation and memorization errors to foster continuous improvement.
- Foster a disciplined, nurturing, and spiritually enriching learning environment that encourages Islamic values.
- Promote students' moral development, character building, and overall academic excellence in line with school standards.
- A strong command of the Holy Qur'an accompanied by excellent memorization (Hifz) skills.
- Formal Islamic education or a recognized certification in Qur'anic studies is a distinct advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven experience teaching Qur'an memorization and Tajweed to children and young learners.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods for students of varying ages, learning paces, and abilities.
- High levels of patience, discipline, and a positive, nurturing approach to youth mentorship.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
