We are currently looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Quiz Competition Expert to join our esteemed academic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, training, and preparing talented students for local, national, and international academic competitions. You will foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and healthy academic rivalry among our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and select talented students for various quiz competitions and academic Olympiads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training modules and practice schedules for students.
- Conduct regular mock quiz sessions, drills, and problem-solving exercises across diverse subjects.
- Research current affairs, general knowledge, STEM topics, and curriculum-based materials to keep training content relevant.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and build their confidence for competitive environments.
- Coordinate with school management and subject teachers to align training with the academic calendar.
- Accompany and supervise students to external quiz competitions and academic events.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in coaching students for academic competitions and quiz tournaments.
- Exceptional general knowledge and strong aptitude in STEM and humanities subjects.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor young learners effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training schedules alongside regular academics.
