In this role, you will oversee our diverse F&B operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, profitability, and operational excellence across our restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service units.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, track food and labor costs, and maintain strict inventory control.
- Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development and enforce rigorous health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain exceptional hospitality standards to drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead large teams effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environments.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field, combined with proven industry experience.
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, profit margins, and POS software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and guests.
