We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and comprehensive budgets for infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Manage contract administration, interim valuations, and the assessment of variations and contractor claims.
- Implement effective project cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
- Oversee procurement processes, tender documentation, and supplier negotiations.
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts for project management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Active membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS); RICS certification is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
