About the Role

We offer a broad spectrum of solutions and expertise to the sector, and we are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team in Nigeria. In this role, you will support the planning, estimation, and management of project costs, ensuring that our developments achieve maximum value while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, tender documents, and project valuations.
  • Support cost control, risk management, and value engineering initiatives across various construction projects.
  • Measure and value completed works, assess changes, and document contract variation orders.
  • Monitor site resource usage against established budgets and assist in cost analysis for repair and maintenance works.
  • Collaborate with the tender preparation team to compile schedules of works, specifications, and comprehensive contract documentation.
  • Contribute to monthly valuations of work in progress, final cost forecasting, and final accounts preparation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC relevant experience in quantity surveying, construction cost management, and industry procedures.
  • Foundational knowledge of cost estimation, measurement of works, tendering processes, and commercial risk analysis.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive under pressure, meet tight project deadlines, and maintain high professional credibility.
