We are currently looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Nigeria and drive financial efficiency across our diverse construction and business projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive project billing, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure budgets are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate tenders, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and negotiate terms.
- Conduct risk analysis and value management exercises to optimize project profitability.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all project-related financial transactions.
- Up to 5 years of relevant industry experience in quantity surveying and project financial management.
- Proven expertise in project billing, management, and comprehensive reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
