We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and maintaining wooden structures and building frameworks while ensuring the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durability.
- Carry out structural alterations, including building or dismantling partitions and wooden frameworks.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing wooden structures and fittings.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements in all assigned tasks.
- NABTEB or Trade Test qualification in carpentry or a closely related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Strong understanding of modern carpentry techniques, construction materials, and building codes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
