About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and controlling project costs, ensuring strict compliance with contract terms, and identifying innovative cost-effective solutions that drive project success.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, manage, and maintain detailed bills of quantities, cost plans, and comprehensive procurement documents
- Conduct precise site measurements and surveys to monitor project progress and track actual costs
- Analyze project costs thoroughly and prepare detailed reports identifying areas for cost savings and optimization
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure full compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Support and assist in tendering and procurement processes to secure competitive pricing
- Prepare and submit professional claims and valuations for project variations and additional works
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or closely related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience in quantity surveying
- RQS or NIQS membership preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in cost management software such as ProEst or Buildsoft
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
