We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to champion our commitment to excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement across our clinical and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive quality assurance policies and clinical governance frameworks across all hospital departments.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure strict compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
- Investigate incident reports, near-misses, and patient grievances, driving root-cause analyses and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to streamline processes, enhance patient outcomes, and optimize service delivery.
- Facilitate continuous quality improvement (CQI) training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed performance reports for hospital management and regulatory bodies.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related medical field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in healthcare quality assurance, clinical auditing, or hospital accreditation processes.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
