About the Role
Telinno Consulting Limited, West Africa's leading Telecoms Service Provider, is recruiting a dedicated Quality Officer to support quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and environmental standards across our dynamic project sites and operations. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on telecommunications infrastructure projects, including civil works, fibre deployment, equipment installation, power systems, and site readiness assessments
- Perform pre-acceptance and final acceptance inspections to ensure full compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Process and submit quality documentation, inspection reports, and acceptance records on client platforms
- Identify, document, and track snag items through to closure and formal project acceptance
- Monitor contractor compliance with approved construction methods, quality standards, and project specifications
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements across project sites, including toolbox talks and safety inspections
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances with follow-up on corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and project documentation
- Produce periodic QHSE performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or demonstrable telecommunications infrastructure project experience
- 1–3 years' relevant experience in site engineering, quality control, HSE, project coordination, or telecommunications infrastructure
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to documentation accuracy
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is advantageous
- ISO 9001, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Physically fit and willing to travel regularly to project sites
- Must reside in Abuja or environs
