About the Role

NutriK FZE, a subsidiary of the global Nutriset Group, is dedicated to producing life-saving nutritional products like RUTF, RUSF, and LNS to combat malnutrition across Nigeria. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our dynamic production team and uphold our stringent quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous quality control inspections for incoming raw materials, packaging, and pre-treatment processes.
  • Perform inline inspections, sampling, and analytical testing including moisture, density, particle size, and water/steam analysis.
  • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), OPRPs, and environmental parameters such as temperature, pressure, and humidity.
  • Enforce Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Housekeeping (GHK), and 5S standards across all operational areas.
  • Initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and maintain accurate documentation for traceability and audits.

Qualifications
  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing or extruded product facilities.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards including GMP, GSP, GHP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
