About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in the PP Area and contribute to our mission of excellence in healthcare manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Operate key production machinery including centrifuges, RVD/ANFD, Powder transfer systems (PTS), Jet mills, Multi mills, and sifters in accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
- Safely handle and monitor basic production utilities such as vacuum lines, cooling lines, and chilling plants to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines, industrial standards, and company policies to promote a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on the production floor to meet daily targets and uphold strict quality control measures.
- Possess an OND or NABTEB qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on production operations experience within the chemical synthesis or pharmaceutical API manufacturing industry.
- Possess strong technical competencies in operating specialized pharmaceutical processing equipment and managing basic utility systems.
