About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is a premier home care provider with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt, dedicated to delivering exceptional, affordable, and personalized healthcare support to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team at our head office in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high operational standards, ensuring that all processes and services consistently meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect materials, processes, and service outputs to ensure they meet established company and industry quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and assessments according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify, document, and report any defects, non-conformities, or service delivery issues promptly.
- Investigate root causes of quality problems and collaborate with management to implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with quality control protocols across all assigned operational departments.
- Manage, coordinate, and guide assigned team members to ensure strict adherence to quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality control records, documentation, and logs.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality control reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in quality control, healthcare administration, inventory management, or a related role is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory software and documentation management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to report accurately to senior management.
- High level of integrity, reliability, leadership capacity, and commitment to organizational safety.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦150,000.
- Structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
