We are seeking a hands-on professional to oversee daily manufacturing activities, guarantee optimal product quality, and drive efficiency across the production floor. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily food production operations and execute well-structured production schedules to meet organizational targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide production floor staff to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily workflows.
- Maintain strict adherence to product quality, hygiene, and industry food-safety standards at all times.
- Oversee raw materials handling, inventory tracking, waste reduction, and overall production cost control.
- Monitor manufacturing processes closely to identify bottlenecks and ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing or a closely related industrial sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to motivate factory personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of food production processes, hygiene protocols, and occupational safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory management, resource allocation, and effective production cost control.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive monthly salary of NGN 100,000.
