Key Responsibilities- Independently manage the entire dairy production line from raw material processing to final packaging.
- Ensure all manufacturing workflows and production schedules adhere strictly to established company quality and safety standards.
- Oversee oxygen-containing beverage production processes, ensuring optimal equipment performance and product integrity.
- Monitor daily output, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct routine inspections and resolve any deviations promptly.
- Manage and train production floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of production yields, downtime, and material usage for executive reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing, with specific expertise in oxygen-containing beverage production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full-scale production line and organize workflows efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard industry quality control frameworks, food safety regulations, and GMP.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
