Known for elegance, sophistication, and award-winning craftsmanship, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our rigorous standards of excellence by monitoring production processes, inspecting finished pieces, and ensuring every output reflects our commitment to superior luxury and design.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production and project activities to ensure strict compliance with established quality standards and client specifications.
- Implement and manage comprehensive Quality Control Plans across all manufacturing and operational processes.
- Conduct thorough inspections, supervise production checks, and identify, document, and report quality errors for prompt correction.
- Investigate customer complaints relating to product quality and recommend effective, timely solutions.
- Conduct internal audits, review contractor quality programmes, and support external audit procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Sales, Projects, and Operations teams to guarantee seamless workflows and flawless product delivery.
- Prepare detailed quality-related reports and provide actionable updates to Management.
- B.Sc. or HND in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems within furniture manufacturing, interior design, construction, or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance.
