Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect raw materials upon receipt to ensure they meet strict company and industry standards.
- Oversee daily production processes, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of finished products before packaging and distribution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control metrics, testing results, and compliance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of provable practical experience in a quality control or production role within a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase past achievements and practical competence during the selection and interview process.
