About the Role
Martglobal Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polytene materials, specializing in the production of durable and innovative polyethylene-based products for diverse industrial and consumer applications. We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic manufacturing facility in Nigeria and help us maintain our rigorous commitment to product excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to guarantee superior standards.
- Ensure all manufactured products strictly conform to approved specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Inspect physical dimensions, surface finishing, and overall structural integrity of polytene materials.
- Identify, isolate, and meticulously document any non-conforming products or substandard materials.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection logs and daily quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Engineering teams to swiftly resolve emerging quality issues.
- Monitor the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality records and process documentation.
- Provide active support during internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure total compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory and demonstrable requisite experience working within a Polythene or polymer manufacturing company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in quality reporting and compliance management.
