We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector. In this vital role, you will be responsible for upholding rigorous product standards, inspecting materials, and ensuring that all manufactured goods meet top-tier industry specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and test raw materials and finished PVC pipes to ensure strict compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor active production processes continuously to identify defects, process deviations, or areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct thorough dimensional, physical, and performance tests on finished products using specialized equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive quality control records, logs, and prepare detailed daily inspection reports for management review.
- Investigate product defects thoroughly, identify root causes, and collaborate with teams to recommend effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, internal quality policies, and occupational health and safety procedures.
- Partner closely with production floor teams to enhance overall product quality and actively minimize manufacturing waste.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory and proven hands-on experience in quality control specifically within a PVC pipe manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PVC pipe testing procedures, product specifications, and relevant regulatory quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail complemented by exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate quality documentation and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary production teams.
