About the Role
Leitung Gate Limited provides integrated strategic risk planning and management services across functions, units, and departments for sustainable organizational growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Quality Assurance / Quality Control Analyst (Engineer) to join our professional team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing, designing, and optimizing business processes and workflows for our diverse clients, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients to discuss areas of focus and strategic improvement within the business.
- Conduct thorough site visits to analyze equipment functionality and established operational processes.
- Interview staff and management to determine the efficacy and performance of personnel.
- Gather, process, and analyze data to identify process performance gaps and areas for optimization.
- Design innovative workflow and process strategies to significantly improve overall business performance.
- Create and present comprehensive process reports for client review and approval.
- Oversee the successful implementation of revised company processes and updated workflows.
- Monitor the long-term efficacy of updated workflows and provide continuous support.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices, ISO standards, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Eng) or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in ISO management systems, including internal or lead auditor roles and implementation.
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing and maintaining various management systems.
- Proven portfolio of successfully completed process or engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in conducting risk assessment analysis.
- Advanced understanding of core business functions, workflows, and process controls.
- Detailed knowledge of workflow management and process control software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
