About the Role

Operating from our ultra-modern manufacturing facility in Ikeja, Lagos, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and affordable pharmaceutical products to the Nigerian market. We are looking for a meticulous professional dedicated to maintaining stringent quality control standards across our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and inspect daily pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality audits of raw materials, packaging components, and finished pharmaceutical products before market release.
  • Investigate any product non-conformance issues, customer complaints, or deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with production, regulatory, and warehouse teams to uphold uncompromising standards of product safety and efficacy.
  • Participate in internal and external quality assurance training sessions and regulatory inspection preparations.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.
  • Current practicing license and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical quality assurance principles, quality control laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and pharmaceutical documentation systems.
