About the Role
Workforce Management Centre Limited, Nigeria's leading indigenous management and professional services consulting firm, is recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer - Product Quality. This is a hands-on role designed for a detail-oriented professional committed to driving product excellence across 2W, 3W, and 4W platforms. You will play a critical role in implementing comprehensive testing protocols, conducting root cause analysis, and championing customer-driven quality improvements that enhance our clients' automotive offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct mechanical, dynamic, and engine testing across vehicle platforms in dedicated testing labs
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing and validation procedures
- Execute root cause analysis for product defects and quality issues
- Develop and implement data logging and instrumentation protocols
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to drive continuous quality improvements
- Document testing results and maintain quality assurance records
- Support EMS calibration and HILL testing activities as required
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Vehicle, Engine, Mechanical, or Dynamic Testing Labs
- Direct OEM automotive experience required, preferably with R&D or QA exposure
- Tier 1 supplier experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of data logging and instrumentation systems preferred
- EMS Calibration and HILL Testing experience is a plus
