Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests and rigorous chemical or physical analyses on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished beverage samples.
- Ensure that all production indicators strictly meet internal quality benchmarks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Issue detailed testing and analysis reports accurately, documenting all findings in compliance with company protocols.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to systematically collect samples for inspection during active manufacturing phases.
- Safeguard the overall stability, hygiene, and safety of products throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
- Collaborate proactively with the production team to swiftly identify, investigate, and resolve any quality anomalies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory operations, specifically within the food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with standard laboratory testing methods, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
- Ability to independently complete complex sample analysis, interpret data, and maintain meticulous records.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a high level of professional integrity.
