Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests and chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished beverage samples.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to collect samples and monitor manufacturing conditions to safeguard product stability and safety.
- Ensure all quality indicators comply with internal company benchmarks, industry regulations, and statutory food safety standards.
- Accurately record testing data, maintain precise laboratory logs, and issue detailed analysis reports to management.
- Identify potential quality variances promptly and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precise and reliable measurement results at all times.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably within the food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing sector in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory testing methodologies, equipment handling, and sample analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Strong computer literacy for accurate data recording and report generation.
