About the Role
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited is a leading, wholly indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria, dedicated to delivering high-quality and affordable healthcare products. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to join our growing team in driving flawless product delivery and stringent regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and review change controls, deviations, market complaints, out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT), CAPA, and product recall activities.
- Prepare, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), Site Master Files (SMF), Validation Master Plans (VMP), and Quality Manuals.
- Perform qualification of equipment and instruments, as well as process and cleaning validations in alignment with ICH guidelines.
- Review specifications, methods of analysis, test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) prior to batch release.
- Manage customer questionnaires, technical agreements, quality agreements, and site quality risk assessments.
- Coordinate audit compliance reports for customers, regulatory bodies, and internal vendor audits.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc., or HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of robust Quality Assurance experience within the pharmaceutical API or a regulated chemical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), QMS, and ICH guidelines.
