About the Role
Uncle Stan's Foods, the renowned small chops brand famous for its unique finger foods across Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven QSR Expansion Officer. In this vital role within our Business Expansion and Growth team, you will spearhead our retail footprint expansion by identifying high-potential sites, evaluating market dynamics, and securing prime commercial properties to bring our beloved brand closer to more customers.
Key Responsibilities- Scout and identify high-potential locations for new Quick Service Restaurant outlets across Lagos.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor mapping, and demographic analysis.
- Evaluate potential sites based on foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, rent-to-sales potential, and zoning.
- Source commercial properties through landlords, agents, developers, and direct networking.
- Negotiate favorable lease agreements and commercial terms with property owners.
- Prepare detailed site evaluation, feasibility reports, and business cases for management.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Facilities teams throughout the expansion lifecycle.
- Monitor emerging commercial hubs to uncover new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business expansion, retail real estate, QSR, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos commercial property markets and strategic hotspots.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- High physical stamina for frequent field visits and site inspections across Lagos.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an added advantage.
