We are currently seeking a dedicated and thorough QC Supervisor with extensive pipeline construction experience to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of quality control across our mechanical inspection operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee mechanical inspection activities specifically for piping and pipeline construction projects.
  • Prepare, verify, and execute quality control and inspection test plans in alignment with construction schedules.
  • Apply deep knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and construction for oil and gas equipment, piping, and pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with key industry codes including API 1104, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Sec IX, and ASME Sec V.
  • Guarantee that appropriate QA/QC standards, procedures, and specifications are actively maintained during execution.
  • Conduct incoming material inspections to verify that equipment and materials are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, and traceable.
  • Review and prepare welder and welding procedure qualifications with an in-depth understanding of pipeline welding standards.

Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven quality control (QC) experience, with a strong focus on gas or crude pipeline projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and quality management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges.
