About the Role
Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is a premier design, engineering, and procurement organization delivering innovative solutions across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the oil and energy industries. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced QC Inspector to join our expanding team in Nigeria and uphold our stringent quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on equipment, materials, and processes across various heavy industrial and oil and energy projects.
- Ensure all manufacturing, piping, and plant operations strictly comply with international industry standards and project specifications.
- Review quality documentation, technical reports, and mill test certificates for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor industrial automation, PLC, VFD systems, and mechanical components during manufacturing and installation phases.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all inspection activities and report quality metrics to management regularly.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven professional experience in Pipe Mills, Spiral Pipe Mills, Steel Plants, Pipe Manufacturing, Rolling Mills, or Heavy Industrial Projects.
- Strong working knowledge of quality control principles, production operations, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical maintenance, industrial automation, and troubleshooting is a distinct advantage.
