In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, maintaining safety standards, and meeting daily production targets within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work effectively within a factory and production environment to meet daily output goals.
- Follow production instructions, operational procedures, and strict safety guidelines.
- Support day-to-day manufacturing, processing, and assembly activities.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and good workplace practices at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to ensure efficiency.
- Be willing to work flexible shifts and overtime when required by operational demands.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment is an advantage.
- Candidates with practical tailoring or mechanical skills will have an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
