We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced QA/QC Personnel to join our dynamic team and oversee telecom site build projects, ensuring flawless execution from design to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all construction and installation works comply with approved drawings, BOQs, method statements, and client QA/QC standards.
  • Conduct rigorous quality inspections and support testing, commissioning, and documentation processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly QA/QC reports for submission to the Project Manager.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) promptly and track corrective actions through to complete closure.
  • Support snag and punch list activities alongside as-built documentation for seamless project handover.
  • Ensure telecom sites meet rigorous installation-readiness and quality sign-off requirements.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as quality procedures on all active project sites.
  • Identify potential quality risks early in the project lifecycle and recommend effective preventive actions.

Qualifications
  • HND, B.Eng, or B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven QA/QC experience specifically within civil infrastructure or telecom site build projects.
  • Mandatory possession of HSE Level 1 through 3 certifications.
  • Active COREN registration is strictly required for this role.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong technical ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools including MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Must be field-ready, physically fit for regular site visits, and possess exceptional reporting skills.
