About the Role
M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company dedicated to bridging Africa's infrastructure deficit through innovative solutions in renewable energy, power, water, and telecommunications. With over a decade of expertise in the Nigerian market and a growing continental footprint, we pride ourselves on partnering with global equipment manufacturers to elevate locally driven infrastructure standards. We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced QA/QC Personnel to join our dynamic team and oversee telecom site build projects, ensuring flawless execution from design to handover.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all construction and installation works comply with approved drawings, BOQs, method statements, and client QA/QC standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and support testing, commissioning, and documentation processes.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly QA/QC reports for submission to the Project Manager.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) promptly and track corrective actions through to complete closure.
- Support snag and punch list activities alongside as-built documentation for seamless project handover.
- Ensure telecom sites meet rigorous installation-readiness and quality sign-off requirements.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as quality procedures on all active project sites.
- Identify potential quality risks early in the project lifecycle and recommend effective preventive actions.
- HND, B.Eng, or B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven QA/QC experience specifically within civil infrastructure or telecom site build projects.
- Mandatory possession of HSE Level 1 through 3 certifications.
- Active COREN registration is strictly required for this role.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards is a distinct advantage.
- Strong technical ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in productivity tools including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Must be field-ready, physically fit for regular site visits, and possess exceptional reporting skills.
- Competitive gross salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 450,000.
