Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous testing and comprehensive inspection of various construction materials to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Design, coordinate, and execute personnel training sessions and quality induction programs for site workers and junior staff.
- Perform routine inspection and active supervision of ongoing civil works to detect and resolve defects early.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate quality standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and prepare detailed technical reports for management review.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of QA/QC systems, quality control documentation, and relevant ISO standards.
- Strong technical proficiency in material testing, civil inspection methods, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a strong sense of professional integrity.
