In this role, you will play a crucial part in manufacturing durable physical advertising structures, corporate identity branding materials, and custom metal frameworks that help top brands stand out nationwide. Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and weld metal structures, frames, and supports for outdoor signage, billboards, and corporate branding displays according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operate various welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding machines safely and efficiently.
- Cut, shape, and grind metal components using power tools, torches, and saws to ensure accurate dimensions and smooth finishes.
- Inspect structural integrity and weld quality to ensure all products meet strict safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to troubleshoot fabrication challenges and meet tight project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the workshop, adhering strictly to company health and safety protocols.
- Minimum of a Trade Test Certificate, OND, or relevant vocational training in Welding, Fabrication, or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience as a Welder, preferably within the signage, manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, shop drawings, and design specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of various welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
