About the Role
Trucrete Solutions Limited is a dynamic construction management firm with expertise in infrastructural development, engineering services, procurement, facility management, and general contracting. We have helped shape Nigeria by elevating critical infrastructure to international standards, erecting buildings, bridges, flyovers, and roads in key strategic locations. We are currently looking for a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our growing team and drive excellence across our landmark construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits on construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and verify testing activities, ensuring proper documentation of test results and inspection records.
- Review construction processes, identify quality risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide quality-related training, guidance, and support to project personnel and site teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven QA/QC experience within the construction industry, particularly on infrastructure, road, bridge, and building projects.
- Mandatory professional certification in Quality Management or QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certification, CQI/IRCA).
- Active membership in relevant engineering and professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
