About the Role

With a proud history of shaping Nigeria by elevating critical infrastructure to international standards, we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous tests on construction materials including concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates to ensure strict compliance with project and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records, comprehensive test reports, and technical documentation.
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain all laboratory testing equipment to guarantee absolute accuracy and operational reliability.
- Support site engineering teams by providing timely, accurate, and reliable test results for critical construction quality decisions.
- Ensure that all laboratory activities strictly adhere to company and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and QA/QC teams to continuously improve overall quality assurance processes.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven professional experience as a Laboratory Technician within a construction, civil engineering, or related environment.
- Relevant professional certifications in materials testing or construction laboratory operations such as COREN, NSE, NATE, or other recognized bodies.
- Strong, practical understanding of standard material testing procedures and applicable international codes including BS, ASTM, and EN.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, meticulous documentation skills, and clear technical reporting abilities.
