About the Role
Mar and Mor Integrated Services, a leading building services company established in 2008, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. We specialize in delivering fully integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting (MEPF) installations for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence, ensuring that all building services installations meet rigorous regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications while driving continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive MEPF quality control plans, procedures, and manuals across all project stages.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and tests during MEPF installations, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and suppliers to identify and swiftly resolve quality issues.
- Monitor MEPF quality performance metrics, analyze non-conformance processes, and prepare detailed monthly reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international MEPF-related codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site teams regarding quality control protocols and best practices.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of MEPF subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high supply chain standards.
- Review engineering design and construction documents for quality compliance and conduct risk assessments for hazard mitigation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven QA/QC experience in MEPF systems within the building services or construction industry.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with MEPF installations, testing, and commissioning processes.
- In-depth technical understanding of HVAC, electrical networks, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong familiarity with MEPF testing equipment, quality control software, and analytical tools.
