About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and repair of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to maintaining a safe, highly functional, and efficient work environment across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine and scheduled maintenance of company facilities, buildings, and operational equipment.
- Diagnose and efficiently repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical faults as they arise.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from various internal departments.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise professionally with external technicians, contractors, and vendors when specialized intervention is necessary.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant hands-on maintenance experience in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate within a team.
