About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all project deliverables meet rigorous industry standards and client specifications in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining operational excellence, driving quality assurance processes, and supporting our commitment to local content development and superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and manuals for ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and surveillance of site activities to ensure full compliance with engineering standards and statutory regulations.
- Review project specifications, vendor data, and material test reports to verify conformity before deployment or installation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and international stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate documentation, and manage non-conformance logs effectively.
- Participate in root cause analysis for any quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven QA/QC engineering experience within the Oil and Gas or heavy engineering sector.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AWS, CSWIP, or ASNT) will be a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of international quality standards, codes, and fabrication procedures.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
