Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and manuals for ongoing projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and surveillance of site activities to ensure full compliance with engineering standards and statutory regulations.
  • Review project specifications, vendor data, and material test reports to verify conformity before deployment or installation.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and international stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate documentation, and manage non-conformance logs effectively.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for any quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven QA/QC engineering experience within the Oil and Gas or heavy engineering sector.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AWS, CSWIP, or ASNT) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Deep understanding of international quality standards, codes, and fabrication procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
