We are currently recruiting skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our vibrant team and support the comprehensive engineering and maintenance operations of our premier hotel property. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate smoothly to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance across all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, the rooftop bar, commercial kitchen, gym, and conference facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning faults swiftly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment and building infrastructure to preempt technical issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, utility breakdowns, and ad-hoc repair tasks.
- Perform scheduled routine checks on backup generators and other critical utility systems.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and report major technical challenges to management.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or Trade Test Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated 2 to 4 years of hands-on practical maintenance experience in a structured environment.
- Prior working experience within a hotel or commercial real estate setting will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and practical problem-solving abilities.
