About the Role
Trust Wallet is the world’s most inclusive, chain-agnostic, self-custody wallet, serving over 100 million users globally. We offer a secure, seamless, and intuitive gateway to Web3, enabling users to manage over 10 million cryptocurrencies across 100+ blockchains. As our Public Relations Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy for how the world perceives Trust Wallet, blending traditional PR, executive communications, and innovative brand marketing to tell compelling stories about financial sovereignty and Web3 innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an impactful global PR calendar covering product launches, security milestones, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and leverage relationships with tier-one tech, business, and crypto-native media outlets to secure high-quality organic coverage.
- Maintain and evolve Trust Wallet's global brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency across all public-facing channels.
- Work closely with Security, Product, and Legal teams to draft rapid, transparent, and accurate crisis communications.
- Position Trust Wallet's leadership team as authoritative Web3 voices through speaking engagements, op-eds, and industry panels.
- Conceive and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and onboard the next wave of crypto users.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand marketing, with at least 2 years explicitly within Web3, crypto, or DeFi.
- Deep, functional understanding of decentralized ecosystems, non-custodial wallets, smart contracts, and major blockchain networks.
- Proven track record of securing high-tier media placements and established relationships with prominent crypto journalists.
- Elite storytelling abilities with exceptional skills in drafting compelling press releases and executive talking points under tight deadlines.
