Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, Wertvoll delivers tailored, hands-on interventions that transform underperforming assets and scale high-growth hospitality brands. We are currently seeking dedicated Public Area Attendants to uphold our rigorous standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, are impeccably clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, polish brass and fixtures, and dust furniture regularly.
- Empty trash cans, replace bin liners, and ensure waste disposal areas remain tidy and sanitary.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor or management.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, offering assistance or directions whenever needed.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in public restrooms and designated storage areas efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines established by the establishment.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant academic qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience working as a Public Area Attendant, cleaner, or housekeeper in a reputable hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong physical stamina to handle active shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Residency in or around Lekki, Lagos, is a distinct advantage.
