About the Role

We are currently seeking diligent and reliable Laundry and Linen Attendants to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable quality of all linens and garments, directly contributing to the superior guest experience our properties are known for. Key Responsibilities- Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold all hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms according to established quality standards.
- Inspect all laundered items for stains, damage, or wear, and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
- Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage linen inventory levels and assist with routine stock counts as required.
- Handle guest laundry requests promptly, professionally, and with utmost attention to detail.
- Minimum of a SSCE or relevant professional certification in hospitality or related fields.
- Proven working experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial laundry procedures and fabric care.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
