We are currently looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to maintain a safe and secure atmosphere across our premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive in monitoring our environment, responding to emergencies, and delivering exceptional hospitality-focused security services.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas to deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems continuously to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Control access to the property by verifying the identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies following established protocols.
- Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences immediately to the management team.
- Write clear, detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily security logs.
- Collaborate effectively with front office and maintenance teams to ensure comprehensive guest safety.
- Enforce hotel safety policies while maintaining a polite, customer-friendly demeanor.
- Previous professional experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Strong observational skills, high attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Working knowledge of basic security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to remain calm, disciplined, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
