We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our Psychologist Team and help drive sustainable support systems that enhance both mental and economic well-being, fostering lasting change for a more inclusive future.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional psychological counseling and support services to individuals and groups across diverse community and corporate settings.
- Develop and facilitate mental health awareness programs, workshops, and advocacy campaigns tailored to various sectors including education and business.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design sustainable mental health support systems and intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate, confidential case records in accordance with professional standards.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental health in Nigeria.
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral science field from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience in psychological counseling, mental health advocacy, or related therapeutic practice.
- Strong understanding of the mental health landscape and cultural context within Nigeria.
- Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic, mission-driven team.
