About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for dedicated Psychologists to fill 4 available slots and expand our mental health support services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients in home care settings.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide counseling and mental health support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals via our digital platform.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with professional standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.
- Interested candidates must possess a valid MDCN license or a recognized care-giving certification.
- Proven experience in providing psychological support or clinical care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
