About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Property Researcher to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help build a large-scale UK property intelligence database by identifying residential listings that have been on the market for six months or more. You will be responsible for uncovering hidden property addresses using online portals, digital maps, and architectural brochures while meeting daily output targets. Key Responsibilities- Research UK residential property listings across multiple property portals and estate agent websites.
- Identify qualifying properties that have been listed for six months or more.
- Uncover complete and accurate property addresses by investigating photographs, floorplans, and downloadable brochures.
- Utilize Google Search, Google Maps, and Google Street View to cross-reference and independently verify location data.
- Submit verified data including full addresses, listing URLs, and current asking prices while maintaining strict accuracy standards.
- Meet daily and weekly research volume targets consistently.
- Must own a reliable laptop or computer with stable internet access and a modern web browser.
- Exceptional online research skills with high attention to detail and zero tolerance for guesswork.
- Proficiency in navigating Google Maps, Google Street View, and real estate platforms like Rightmove.
- Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume data collection and working with digital spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in online research, data entry, virtual assistance, or lead generation is an advantage but not required.
