We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor to provide overall leadership for our expanding project portfolios in Lagos and Abuja. Key Responsibilities- Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory engagements, specifically with Lagos State agencies, to secure all necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak performance.
- Oversee project timelines and multi-billion Naira budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are implemented.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, and technical staff.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, regulations, and timelines.
- Provide comprehensive project status reports to executive management regarding performance against KPIs.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering; a Master Degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior project management within the Nigerian real estate and construction industry.
- Mandatory registration and active license with COREN and the NSE; PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience liaising with Lagos and Abuja land and building regulatory agencies.
- Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in budget management and cost control for large-scale developments.
- Candidate age must be between 37 and 45 years.
