About the Role
DreamCity Properties, established in 2010, is a leading private residential and commercial developer with a strong presence across Nigeria and Africa. We specialize in contemporary housing projects and large-scale real estate developments, including our signature estates such as DreamCity Signature Estates and DACEMPCS Housing Estate. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor to provide comprehensive leadership for our expanding project portfolio and drive our vision of becoming the foremost real estate developer in Nigeria and Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and administrative direction for multiple real estate projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to handover, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings
- Serve as primary point of contact for regulatory engagements with Lagos State agencies to secure permits and approvals
- Implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation and ensure peak performance
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and financial objectives while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Architects
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as senior representative in client, contractor, and consultant engagements
- Deliver comprehensive project status reports and KPI performance metrics to leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Master's degree highly preferred)
- Minimum 10 years progressive senior project management experience with verifiable large-scale real estate delivery record in Lagos
- Full registration with COREN and NSE; PMP certification is advantageous
- Extensive experience navigating Lagos regulatory approval processes
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control
- Proven track record delivering complex high-rise projects on time and within budget
- Age range: 35-45 years
