About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of technical staffing, inspection, and project support services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for a skilled Start-Up Specialist II to join our dynamic project team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the start-up coordinator and manager to ensure all operational excellence and safety expectations are met.
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive project start-up plans and downstream procedures.
- Provide discipline-specific expertise in areas such as Rotating Machinery, Electrical, Process, DCS, and Instrumentation during planning and execution.
- Act as the primary interface between Operations, Integrated Commissioning, and Facility Engineering teams for seamless activity coordination.
- Manage operational risks and ensure project priorities regarding safety, quality, and schedules are strictly achieved.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications and demonstrated experience in oil and gas project commissioning or start-up.
- Proficiency in Work Management Systems and standard project completion database software such as WinPCS or MC+.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
